In 2020 South Africa and the world found itself amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic. A national alcohol ban was instated and millions of South Africans were caught with empty wine racks and cellars.
Months went by and the founding team of Urban Icono Graph realised that there is a massive need in the market to provide customers with a digital store on great local wines and locally crafted Gins at affordable prices. In the Western Cape, we have a massive variety of wine but the broader South Africa is not as privileged.
We set out to solve this and Urban Icono Graph became a parent to IconoG Daily Thirst. Once the alcohol ban was lifted we were ready to meet the massive influx of orders. Many lessons have been learnt since, and we have been encouraged so much by the support of our customers.
We continually strive to give our customers the best wines and Gins at the best prices AND make sure we have the best customer service while we are at it.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 3-5 working days from dispatch date.
What are my tracking details?
You will receive an automated email with all the tracking details as soon as your order sets off on its journey.
Where/when do I enter my coupon code or gift card number?
You can enter your coupon code or gift card number on the cart page, after you’ve clicked on “proceed to checkout.”
Why does my coupon code discount not show?
Sometimes it is necessary to refresh the page to see the discount.
If I don’t refresh the page, will my discount coupon still work?
Yes, your final invoice will display the coupon discount.
